What do you need from me to start a project?
Share your raw 3D CAD files and target production volume. We'll review the scope and confirm what drawings, specs, and site details we need from there.
How do you handle initial consultations?
We start with a scoping call to understand your process and capacity goals. From that call, we outline a plan and confirm feasibility before any engineering begins.
How quickly will I hear back after contacting you?
We respond within two business days. You'll get a direct reply with next steps, not an automated message or a runaround.
Do you work with clients outside New Jersey?
Yes. Our consulting and DFM work is remote-friendly. For on-site commissioning and equipment moves, we coordinate travel to your facility as the project requires.
How do you scope a project before quoting?
We review your CAD files, production targets, and facility constraints. Then we define deliverables and milestones so you know exactly what's included and when.
What if my prototype isn't production-ready?
That's where DFM reviews add value. We identify manufacturability issues in your design and specify what to change before you commit to tooling.
